Subject: Submission of AIPR under Rule 18 of Central Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1964- reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Office O.M. Of even no. dated 20.12.2023 vide which it was requested to submit the Annual Immovable Property Returns (AIPRs) by the Group ‘A’ officers of Department Ot Posts for the year ending 2023 (as on 01.01.2024) through IPR module of SPARROW portal only.
All the IPOS Group ‘A’ officers are now again reminded that AIPR is to be submitted through IPR module or SPARROW only and no hard copy will be accepted. Further. AIPR module of SPARROW will get disabled on 31 .01.2024, hence, no AIPR can be submitted after 31.01.2024. As per DOP&T OM. No. eF.N0. 11013/17/2023-PPA.lll dated 14.07.2023, non-submission of AIPR within the stipulated period/date leads to denial Of Vigilance Clearance and can torm good and sufficient reasons for instituting disciplinary proceedings. Hence, it is requested to submitted AIPR for the year ending 2023 by 31.01.2024 through IPR module of SPARROW Portal only.
