Conditions for the Creation of Sirsa-II Sub-Division
- Revenue Generation Increase:
- The Circle must ensure a sufficient increase in revenue generation.
- Targets should be set for improvement.
- A financial review will be conducted after one year to evaluate performance.
- Expenditure Management:
- The expenditure for creating the sub-division should be minimized.
- Post Redeployment:
- Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ posts will be redeployed with the approval of the Head of Circle (HoC) and in consultation with the Chief Internal Financial Adviser (CIFA).
- Redeployed posts should not disrupt existing operations.
- Posts previously recommended for abolition or deemed abolished cannot be redeployed.
Next Steps and Reporting
The Circle is requested to proceed with the necessary actions and submit an Action Taken Report (ATN) to the office as soon as possible.
