1. Registration Process

Step-by-Step Registration:

  1. Access the Portal: Open your preferred browser and navigate to DNK Customer Portal.
  2. Initiate Registration: On the login page, click on “Don’t have an account? Register Now.”
  3. Fill in Details: Complete the registration form with the following details:
    • User ID: 8-15 characters in lowercase.
    • Email ID: A valid email address (15-50 characters).
    • Mobile No: A valid 10-digit mobile number.
    • Password: An 8-15 character alphanumeric string with one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one numeric digit, and one special character (@, #, $, %, ^, &, *).
  4. Agree to Terms: Read and accept the Terms & Conditions.
  5. OTP Verification: Receive an OTP on your mobile number, enter it for verification, and complete the registration.
  6. Confirmation: A confirmation SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number.

2. Login Process

Logging In:

  1. Access the Portal: Open your browser and go to DNK Customer Portal.
  2. Enter Credentials: Choose to log in either by username or mobile number.
  3. OTP Verification: Click on ‘Get OTP,’ enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number, and click ‘LOG IN.’

The DNK Customer Portal features two main menus for easy navigation: the User Menu and the Operations Menu.

3.1 User Menu Options:

  • Manage Profile: Update your business details, including IEC, AD Code, GSTIN, LUT, and contract details.
  • Change Password: Securely update your login password.

  • Article Booking: Enter consignment details manually.
  • Bulk Upload: Upload multiple consignments using an Excel template.
  • Documents Upload: Submit necessary documents.

4.1 Profile Management:

  • Business Details: Enter and update business-specific information such as IEC, AD Code, GSTIN, and contract details.
  • Basic Profile: Update your name, company name, address, city, and pin code.
  • Address Book: Save and manage sender and recipient addresses for quick access.
  • KYC Upload: Upload necessary KYC documents, including IEC, GSTIN, and other relevant business documents.

4.2 Dashboard:

The dashboard provides an overview of consignment statuses, booking analysis, and detailed reports. Key features include:

  • Consignment Search: Search for individual consignments.
  • Consignment Analysis: View consignments in various statuses like pending induction, in transit, under customs processing, and dispatched.
  • Booking Analysis: Analyze bookings by mail class and top countries.

5. Article Booking

Step-by-Step Article Booking:

  1. Check Services: Verify the availability of services for the destination country.
  2. Enter Details: Provide consignment details, including product category, weight, value, and any necessary licenses or certificates.
  3. Select PBE: Choose the appropriate Postal Bill of Export (PBE) form based on the type of export (e-commerce or other).
  4. Upload Documents: Upload necessary documents, such as licenses and certificates, required for customs clearance.
