1. No Refund & No Return Policy

  • All products sold through Postalstaff.com are non-refundable and non-returnable once the order is processed.
  • We strongly recommend reviewing product details carefully before placing an order.

2. Order Cancellation

  • An order can be cancelled within 12 hours of confirmation by contacting our customer care service. If the Order processed & Shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
  • If you refuse to accept the product at the time of delivery, no refund or replacement will be issued.

3. Exceptions – Damaged or Wrong Product

We understand that rare situations may arise, such as:

  • Product damaged during transit.
  • Wrong product delivered.

In such cases:

  1. A parcel opening video is mandatory to claim a refund or replacement.
  2. Without proper proof (clear unboxing video), refund/return requests will not be accepted.
  3. Claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at postalstaff.com@gmail.com with the video and order details.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Clothing (T-shirts, Uniforms, etc.)
  • Accessories
  • Books & Study Materials

5. Refund Process (if applicable)

  • If your claim is approved (only in cases of damage/wrong product with proof), refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
  • Replacement (if available) may be offered as an alternative to refund.
