Step-by-Step Solution
- Stop Aadhaar Services
- Open the Windows search bar and type Services.
- Open the Services page and locate the following services:
- Aadhaar Multi-platform Service
- Aadhaar QSSITV Service
- Stop both services.
- Rename the ‘lvs’ File
- Navigate to the following location:
C:\UID Authority of India\Aadhaar Enrollment\Data\lvs
. - Rename the file from

tolvs.old

- Navigate to the following location:
- Create a New Folder
- In the same directory, create a new folder and name it

- Restart Aadhaar Services
- Go back to the Services page and restart the services that you previously stopped.

- Open the ECA (Enrolment Client Application).
